1994 XLT,
While I was doing my rear brakes earlier today. I noticed that my 95 Ex Xlt has a stabilizer shock that runs from the pass frame to th rear end.

Does anyone know what this does and is it really needed??? I think it may hold up my articulation in the rear of my Ex.

Tim

Toss it. 91-94 Ex's didn't have it. I have a 94 without the stupid little shock dealy and I have driven a 96 that did have one, no difference in the way the rear end feels. I say ditch it.

it has been discussed some say they can tell some say they dont so there is no real answer to it i just left it when i was replacing my shock i figure it ford felt it nessecary then i would just leave it
