Hello,

I have a 8.8 rear end out of an 95 explorer that I am using on an old truck project. The problem I am encountering is the end links on the rear sway bar not being parallel. I need to make custom frame mounts for the end links and I noticed that the end link on the passenger side is about an inch higher, so I took the sway bar off and laid it flat and sure enough the two ends are not at the same height. Is this normal or did I get a bent sway bar?

Thanks

If you prefer to keep both sway bar frame mounting points the same another option may be using a longer driver
side end link. Stock ST rear sway links are 40mm (1.57") longer than the Explorer's, and after much trial and error
after lowering I found both end link offsets to be the same. I used the NAPA site only because I couldn't find length
specs anywhere else. Just a thought.
