Hey there everybody! I know that this has been addressed and I have read the posts but my back window started acting up the other day. It will vent and roll up but it will not open completely. I figured that it might have had something to do with my college gameday flags that i put on there, so I read the post on reinitializing my window. Reinitialized the rear window everything goes well until the opening portion of the procedure and nothing happens. now that I have done this the :censored: thing wont even vent anymore! Help please!

Since it does nothing now have you checked the fuses, #3 a 30amp under the hood and #20 a 7.5 amp under the dash?

Don't take offense but did you follow the initialization process exactly? Miss one little thing and it blows it.

I am wondering if anyone has any more info on this issue. I have my back window acting up as well. It will vent fine and roll up from the vent position but if I put it all the way down and try to roll it up it goes about half way then changes its mind. I have to try to get it back to the vent position in order to get it back up all the way. Sometimes it works fine, other times it argues with me about going up.

Any advice? Thanks!

Sounds like it is encountering enough resistance going up that it thinks it hit an object and goes back down. Have you tried greasing the tracks?

I did see that doing some searching. Thanks.
