Rear window electrical

Hello all. I replaced both rear window motors drivers side is fine now, passenger side was going the wrong direction someone told me to swap the motor wires. I did and no change. What have i done wrong ?

If you swap the wires, it should run the opposite way. They are just a permanent magnet motor. Make sure you actually swapped them and didn't just put them back into the connector as they came out.
