Rear wiper help

Ok so my rear wiper barely touches my window now. How do I adjust this so it covers the whole window? Already got a new wiper blade and it did nothing.thanks

This was an issue with some Explorers, if I remember correctly Ford came out with an updated wiper arm but they were only replaced if the customer complained. There's a lot of Explorers out there with the older arms. You can either replace the arm with the newer style or grind the stop tab down on the existing arm.

If you search there is a thread with good pictures showing how to modify the arm. If you're mechanically inclined its easy to do, if not than just replace the arm.

you can also bend the arm for it to make better contact on the rear window.
