I dont see the ipc module when i connect

My guess is that you have to change from MS-CAN to HS-CAN with the switch or vice versa.

You need that switch, like this:

This is the one I use on all my ford's. Works great and it's bluetooth, so no wires.

1st link doesn't work and the 2nd asks you to sign in to iCloud and is for the 6th gen Explorer. I believe there are probably newer links to the database in other threads. Found this one using the 'Search' feature. It might help. New Forscan Update Allows Module Programming

Changed a few things on the IPC v2. I added climate to the options on the right and the outside temp. Here's a pic.

can you tell me what line you changed and what you changed it to in what module?

4 menus right IPC, IPC 720-05-01, xx*x xxxx xxzz, changed * to B

Outside temp right IPC, IPC 720-02-01, xxxx xxxx x*zz, changed * to A

You can do it in Easy Mode without changing any of your as built data.

I'm not sure if it's my computer or not but when I open the link and then click on the Excel worksheet name it just opens another copy of the linked (CLICK HERE) spreadsheet.

At the bottom of the page that opens when you click the "CLICK ME" link, do you see the available tabs to click on (Export Summary, Common Settings - Common Settings, Police Interceptor Utility - 20, etc...)? I couldn't see those until I inspected the page and followed some links "behind the scenes."

Just to go sure, if your DRL is on, only the signature light illuminated and once your headlamps are on, the LED and the blinker are illuminated as well. Ist this right?
