Remote start issues on 2003

I recently hooked up a fortin evo one remote start in my 2003 sport trac. The remote start, the bypass and the lock function work flawlessly. I have I tapped into the unlock and lock trigger wires in the drivers side kick panel. I have noticed after sitting for a while, the unlock function does not work on the fortin remote, unless I open the door manually or remote start it. I ran across in some remote start install instructions that there's a factory module that goes to "sleep" after a predetermined time that I believe is causing my issue. Anyone experienced something similar? Or have a solution.

Well I found my answer In a dei document. Need to trigger the door trigger wire too, add a diode to both with the ring facing towards the alarm module. Configure module to do a double pulse unlock and it'll awake the gem module on the 1st pulse, then it'll unlock the doors on the second pulse.
