Remove "EXPLORER" hood emblem

Hi, my vehicle came with the wrong hood emblem. It has the "EXPLORER" hood emblem and I have ordered the black matte "INTERCEPTOR" emblem. What is the best way to remove the current emblem off the hood without destroying the paint?

Hey All did somebody remove the description on the back of the car`? the limited and AWD Sticker? are these holding with glue or plugged? thanks Stoev
