Removing a dent in front bumper?

Hello-

I was wondering if anyone had any good techniques for removing a small dent in the front bumper?

I have about a 2" dent on the top of my front bumper and I was going to try to see if I could get up underneath it and pop it out.

I have a '99 sport with the grey plastic bumper on the front.

Anyone have any tips or tricks?

Thanks!

I am assuming you are refering to the plastic bumper cover.

A heat gun , a pair of gloves , a hard round ball , compressed air.

To make life easy take the bumper off. It's cake.
Heat up the back side till it's soft , but be careful you don't get it too hot you'll bubble the paint. You want the palstic hot and soft , but not stickey. Melting the plastic will make it near impossible to get right.
( don't let me scare you though , just take your time )
Get it hot and moveable , roll the ball around on the back side pushing the dent out wile using an air blower on the front side to cool it in place. It may take two or three shots , but that will do the trick.

Same thing happened to me and I came out the next morning and it had popped itself back out.

You could try the Ding King!

Just remember, with any dent, gently tap the HIGH spots around the dent down, and the dent will pop right out.
