Removing Front Bumper Cover

Anyone have a guide or instructions to removing the front bumper cover? I know I could just start removing stuff but I rather do it safe and not damage it. I just need to remove it for painting.

Unplug the fog lights.
On frame rail there will be 4 ( 2 on each side) 18 mm bolts. Remove the nuts, slide out the bolts with their retaining metal clip.

Pull bumper off.

Now it should be easy to see how to remove the cover, however, for painting you might just need to mask over or remove the fog lights.
