Does anyone know the procedures for removing leaf springs? I just bought f-150 spacers and an add a leaf yesterday and if Napa has the camber shims for the front i'd like to put both on today->tonight. The only problem is I forgot to bring home my Haynes manuel from my appartment at school (at my parents now), so I don't have the proceudre for removing the rear leafs, or any torque specs. I'm hoping that some kind person who happens to have one will help me out :) . I'm trying to get the lift put on before school starts...on labor day of course. Anyway thanks!!

Support the rear axle (not by the pumpkin) and the frame (just ahead of the spring hangers).

Undo the Ubolts and such.

Undo the springs from the shackles.

Undo the front spring hangers.

Then reverse and repeat ;)

It's best to do one side fully and reassemble it before taking the other side apart. This will make it easier to keep the axle aligned.
