Removing Passenger Compartment Fuse Panel

My rear washer pump is not working, and I was going to see if I had a bad rear washer pump relay. Unfortunately, I need to take off the passenger compartment fuse panel in order to access the relays.

Does anyone know how to remove this? I don't know much about cars and don't want to mess anything up.
