Removing seat recline lever

So the spring in my drivers seat recliner gave out and I'm trying to replace it. The nut that the top torx bolt screws to is spinning freely. There is only the tiny opening at the bottom of the seat, I can barely get my fingers to the nut, so no pliers. Any ideas?

Have you removed the plastic cover on the side of the seat? There is a screw on the back of the seat & one underneath at the front of the seat that will allow you to remove the cover.

Yeah cover is off. There is only tiny opening in the metal up to where the two nuts the torx bolts attach to are.
