Replace 2003 Ex. Audiophile CD changer with single disc?

I have an 03 Explorer with the audiophile system meaning it has the factory sub and in dash cd changer. Well, the cd changer has been jammed since I've owned the vehicle, and I want to be able to play CDs. Replacement ford radios on ebay are rather expensive if I want to replace it with the same exact one. However, I see online that you can get the single disc/ mp3 disc players for under 50 bucks shipped all day long.

It looks like the plugs are the same on both units, but will I have problems with my factory sub if I replace my CD changer with the single disc unit?

Never mind, I just answered my own question. While the port is there on the back of the single disc, there arent any pins in it.
