Replace stock Climate control with EATC

Hi,

I want to replace the stock Climate Control unit in my 99 Explorer XLT, with an EATC System:
Now I wonder if this means just replacing the control unit in the dash, or is it more complicated and does it require for example additional wiring harnesses and sensors?
Any suggestions are more then welcome

I looked into this a while ago. I don't think it's simply "plug and play".

Ah thanks Celly, good to know. It was to good to be true to have the job done in an easy swap. I will further investigate the required seperate parts now.
