OK, I replaced rotors, inner and outer bearings, calipers and pads without trouble. Had them bled at the local shop by work. Now, when I hit the pedal relatively hard, she'll pull to the right. I greased the pins and slides and everything was torqued to spec.

The only question I have is how important is it to have the pins in correctly? Could they be upside down on the right side and binding, not allowing the caliper to release?

it sounds like that you may have grease on your brake pads

Could I hit them with a liberal amount of brake cleaner without taking the wheels off?

How do the calipers look? Could one be sticking?

Try gravity bleeding them, may be just aliile air in the left one, also check the right side wheel bearing for tightness, it may need tightening again.

How do you gravity bleed brakes? I'm going to hit them with brake cleaner and be careful not to hit the caliper slides. I'll start there and start reducing options after...

The bearing torque also sounds like an option.

This going to sound goofy, but it works, I bled my brakes this way when I installed new brake lines. Make sure resovoir is full, then crack the bleeder on the caliper, let it run a few second till solid fluid is coming out, it's that easy, does not matter which side you do first, as long as the resovoir has fluid in it, and nobody presses on the brakes while the bleeder is open you won't have any problems.
