Replacing front rotors on 05 sport trac xlt

I am replacing the front rotors, calipers, and brakes on my 05 sport trac. The place that I ordered from assured me I would have everything I needed.

Does the hub assembly separate from the stock rotors? I can’t find a clear answer online but I only purchased the rotors because I was told the assembly would separate and I could just slide the new rotors on. From what I see there is no way these separate.

as soon as you remove the wheel and the caliper the rotor comes off yes


The wheel bearing or unit bearing is a self contained piece that also just bolts to the knuckle

the rotor is NOT attached to the wheel bearing or hub

2WD or 4WD?

Hub and rotor are separate on 4WD, but 2WD looks to be all 1 piece.
