retreaded tires

i found a link for a website selling retreaded tires and found there pretty cheap, i really need new tires as the ones i have wont pass inspection, im wondering how good retreaded tires are and if there reliable for daily on road use and off road use at least once a week. any help and quick response would be greatly appreciated thx

i was actually planning to buy a set of TreadWright's 31" Guard dog M/T rereads soon for the explorer im recieving as a graduation gift from momma, shes the best.
