I've got a 2006 Ford Explorer and recently began having the following intermittent issue:
After starting my vehicle, I shift to reverse and it will not engage the transmission. I then shifted to Neutral then reverse then drive and it works fine. It drives fine and I do not see any issues as I drive it around. The only thing is does now after starting is a rough shift to Reverse, Neutral or Drive. Again, once I begin driving it appears to be fine. (Automatic Transmission)
I've recently changed the TRS (P0705 error code).
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thoughts?
