basically since ive had to send my sub back again and i cant live without bass. i need to know if im runnin 606 watts RMS from my amp if i turn down the bass volume at my amp and HU will i be ok runnin a rockford He2 12"? cause ive heard conflicting stories on what there can handle.

you should be fine, just make sure to give it time to break in, rockford subs are touchy in the break in period. and don't crank it past audible distortion.

yeah, all subs require a break in period with very low volumes. most manufacturers recommend 18-20 hours of play before you crank it up.
