TruckFest 2001 Preview

Trucks are taking over Tallmadge! Don't miss the fun when TruckFest
2001 Presented by Lund, Auto Ventshade, and Smittybilt returns to
Summit Racing Equipment September 8, 2001.

You can show off your ride and win trophies and prizes in the TruckFest 2001
Show-N-Shine competition. The contest is made up of five different classes,
including:
*Best Lowered
*Best Paint
*Best Engineered
*Best Classic/Restored
*Best Lifted
The top three in each class take home a trophy and Summit Racing
gift certificate courtesy of Steel Horse (first place--$100 gift
certificate, second place--$50 gift certificate, third place--$25 gift
certificate). The Best of Show winner goes home with a trophy and a $250
gift certificate.

Judging for the Show-N-Shine competition runs from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm with
winners announced at 4:30 pm.

You can also get your big break at TruckFest 2001 as major magazines,
including Sport Truck and 4-Wheeler, will be on hand. Representatives from the
magazines will be looking for feature and cover vehicles for upcoming issues.

TruckFest 2001 is also your chance to win some great prizes. In fact, we'll
be giving away $50 Summit gift certificates to lucky show spectators every
half-hour and $200 Summit gift certificates to Show-N-Shine and RTI
participants every hour. Plus, you can win $500 and a plaque if you have the
"The Best Ride on BFGoodrich Tires" in the Show-N-Shine competition. You can
also register to win a free set of BFGoodrich Mud Terrain tires.

There are plenty of activities at TruckFest 2001 Presented by Lund, Auto
Ventshade, and Smittybilt. You can test your vehicle's articulation at the RTI
ramp sponsored by Steel Horse and Superwinch. There's even an RTI ramp
competition with trophies awarded for the top three leaf and coil spring
suspensions.

TruckFest will also feature a Mini-Rubicon trail sponsored by Steel Horse
and Superwinch, so you can show off your off-roading skills.
You can even display your driving expertise on a balance rack and
balance beam or flash some horsepower on the dyno machine sponsored by
Hypertech. And if you feel like off-roading without your vehicle, you can take
a turn on a rock climbing wall sponsored by Westin and Bestop.

Looking for the latest truck parts and accessories? TruckFest 2001 will have
those, too. There will be 90 manufacturers on hand displaying the newest
truck parts and giving out tech advice. You can even save 10% on parts from
all TruckFest manufacturers in the Summit Racing's Tallmadge Retail Store.

See the area's coolest trucks, SUVs, SUTs, and Jeeps at TruckFest 2001.
It takes place Saturday, Sepetember 8, 2001 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at
Summit Racing Equipment in Tallmadge. Need directions? Check out our map at
