RLC Winch bumper for Explorer 95-01 $350

I bought this bumper off another member on here a few months ago thinking it would fit my 01 ranger but It doesn't. The body of the 01+ ranger is different and doesn't line up. The bumper is made for stock height or 3" body lift. A tube was welded at the top by the previous owner and it's kinda half-assed so it could be cut off easily. It needs a coat of paint or I could spray on bedliner it for an extra $50. $350 obo for the bumper and its located in Va Beach.

I could be interested in a trade for 4.88 gears, 8.8 locker, set of stock wheels and tires with good tread, dark grey leather front seats / center console, Laptop, desktop, nice obd2 scan tool......ect.

I think you might wanna check the resolution on your screen or something. It's definitely rust
None of it looks bad, just needs to be sand blasted

There is only some surface rust on it, not bad at all. It is very dirty though. I need to take daylight pictures.
