hey guys im looking to take the runnin boards off my truck and get rid of the "mommys lifted soccer car" look and puttin some rock sliders on there. the sliders r most likely going to be a 50% looks 50% performance so i was wonderin if some of u guys could post pics of your trucks with differnt styles of sliders so i can get an idea of where im gonna go with it, thanks

mark had them done before I bought it from him. They work well too. I've landed on them pretty hard a few times already.

I know Stic-o has some on his '99 as well, there just aren't any pictures of them on here yet.

Just read your post about sliders. I just came in from working on mine tieing them into the frame. I hope mine come out nice like the ones Froader posted. this is the back of the slider with a bracket going to a square tube that the roll cage connects to. I also cut off the rocker panel just below door for added clearance. In fact there is more room now then before.

This gives you an idea of how I going to tie the front of it to the front roll cage support. Looking up at floorboard. I'll have to cut that sheet metal flange off.
