roof rack cross bars question

06 explorer V6 4x4
i have an 06 exploder that doesnt come with the cross bars on the roof rack. will a pair from an 05 fit and work???
 






To my knowledge they are two different styles/manufacturers so no they will not work.

Do you know if roof rack cross bars on a 1997 explorer Eddie Bauer edition are adjustable
