i have a '02 4.6 xlt starts right up overtime no hesitation and idles pretty normally, but when i put it in gear and get stopped at a stoplight (in hawaii, the lights get pretty long) after about a minute it starts to drop rpms down to about 500 or so it gets to the point where i have to put it in neutral and give it some gas. but once the engine gets to normal operating temps, its fine. and ideas one where to start looking? I've read a lot about cleaning the MAF, IAC and EGR. kinda dumb question but if i remove the IAC and EGR do i have to get new gaskets for them? thanks in advance for any and all advice
