Rubber Stoppers for Rear Window

I'm embarrassed at something so tiny, but I'm missing a rubber stopper for the rear lift window. Are these things sold from Ford or parts store? Can't find anything at O'Reilly's or Autozone. This is the stopper that affixes to the rear door to cushion the closing window.

You might get lucky at Ford, but it will only be because a later model uses the same bump-stop for something and the parts guy happens to know this.

You can also look on the LMC truck catalog, but your best bet may be the salvage yard. If you can locate one and remove it w/out it breaking it's a good one. Use a little WD40 on the tip to get it out and reinstall it.

Dorman may sell as assortment of the rubber stops, but they wont list it specifically for your truck.
