my front passenger side tire feels like it hits a bump every rotation, when i hit highway speed the truck keeps wanting to turn right and jerks the wheel. Do i jus need an alignment or are the bearings going out on it to??

Kind of sounds like bearings. An alignment wouldn't cause a bump feeling that matches tire speed.
