Well I just ripped off my rusting running boards and had to cut out a decaying trailer hitch and the truck looks much better. The rear bumper is starting to show early signs of rust and I want to deal with it now. Any suggestions?
Are their any after market roll pans that some people have installed?
Or do most just sand them down and paint them?
thx

Can you provide pictures? You should be able to scrape it down, apply that Rustoleum rust reformer product, and then paint it and coat it to prevent future problems.

i'm lucky i can turn my computer on! lol. i'll try and figure out how to get pics on here.

I was going to try rustoleum on my rear bumper but it was rusting through from the backside. There's now a nice size piece of chrome missing. May be a good time to upgrade to a newer (2001) rear bumper and hatch for me.

Is there an aftermarket roll pan for the sport or will the Ranger's fit?
