Same door pannel for 2dr and 4dr?

I was just wondering if the front door pannel's are the same on a 91 2dr and 4dr? I am thinking of trying to convert my 91 2dr w/ manual windows and locks to power windows and locks, but the only door pannels I can find are for 4drs.... so I was just wondering if that would work? Also, has anyone ever does this conversion?

nope you cannot use the panels from the 4 doors for the 2 doors, at least that is what the people at ford told me because I have been looking for a replacement for my boyfriend's 91 sport. we thought of using the panel from a 4 door and they told use it wouldn't work because the 2doors are longer than the 4 doors.

Yeah I figured that they would be different... oh well, it was worth a shot then. I guess I will just keep on looking for a 2rd.
