SAN DIEGO LIFT LABOR??

I was wondering if anyone in San Diego can do body lifts on explorers because 4 Wheel Parts wont do the labor but will only sell the parts because my 93 explorer already has a 4" suspension lift. Get back if anyone in SD can do the labor and how much it would cost. thanks, just seeing if i can actually get it done elsewhere.
