Well, in an effort to get my truck up and running on the cheap, i went to the junkyard to see what I can find.
Well, i ended up coming away with a lock set (ignition and both doors. Still need to get the gate.) for $6 and a set of door panels for $14. Previously I got a starter for $15, which was tested good by Autozone for free.
I also found a truck with brand new front brakes, and looks like hubs, and possibly control arms as well. I might be going back for those.
i also located a set of basically new OEM ford leaf spring shackles and a set of non ford ones also basically new. going to grab those when I grab the 4 door rear leafs.
There are also a couple trucks with some better looking seat options, so I will have to check on those.
Does anyone know what some of the better interior options were that I might be able to upgrade my 95 Sport with?
Also, does anyone know how to remove the shift lever? The PO pulled off the Overdrive button and broke the wires so i would like to replace it.
