My 2011 Explorer screen is black. It had given the Bezel diagnostic update screen and we tried that as well as updating sync. We have tried all of the resets found on the web. Nothing works. Took to dealership and they quoted $1700 and said it would need 3 parts. Is this just an APIM issue or a screen issue as well? Any suggestions on where to purchased and do it myself? Prefer a preprogrammed version. Thanks!
