SCT tuner

Has anyone ever had difficulty getting a tuner directly from SCT? I ordered one directly, printed out the receipt over a week ago. I had plans to tune it this weekend but that idea is obviously shot. I cannot track it on site and I emailed customer service. I never received an email or anything. The money has not been deducted from my account. I would just cancel and order from somewhere else but don't suddenly want $800 worth of tuners. Anyone had experience with them.

I don't recall reading about any issues except for the latest Explorer model; SCT X4 Performance Programmer
Have you tried the old fashion way of calling them?
Most popular tune here seems to be the one from Livernois.

Should have got HP tuners.

Good deal for it with 2 credits at summit racing.

did try to call Friday but Memorial day weekend had already hit so no answer-would've tried earlier but had no reason to think it would not show up. Anyway, I emailed customer service and cancelled the order. Bought it on Amazon for $354 new. I know Livernois seems to be the preferred around here. I just didn't want to double my investment as I just want a bit more pep.
