I'm changing my oil and am going to run some sea foam through the brake booster line into the intake. Because I'm changing my oil too, I was thinking of putting another 1/3 of the can into the oil before I change it but I can't find where I read about that process.

I'm thinking of running the engine doing the intake clean. Let it sit and run until the engine clears all the smoke. Now if I'm putting it in my oil, should I do this next after I clear out my intake? If I remember correctly, do I run the engine, while slowly pouring the sea foam into the oil, then let it sit for 5 min. and then change my oil?

I would appreciate some direction on doing this. I've read many of the Sea Foam threads, but can't find exactly what I'm looking for other than putting 1/3 of a can into the oil.

when you run it in your engine i have found it easier to pull the vac line off the egr valve and sticking it into a cup full of seafoam this line is just the right size not to stall the engine. the brake booster seems like it would only get the last two cylinders. then shut it off after it sucks up the seafoam let it sit for 5min and start it up and drive it hard. i would have to reccomend against putting it in your crankcase. i would just run some synthetic oil, it cleans the motor really good.

the intake clean made my ex idle a lot smoother and everything about it was smoother
