Use a T-50 screw head driver.

i already using a electric bill wit a bit and it wont come out, will that driver me it ne easier? thanks

i already used an electric drill with some hex bit and it wont come out* sorry ive been tryin so hard wit this ****

You might want to try using a small pipe wrench. Not pretty, but effective.

its in there pretty good. i used a 1/2 inch socket, braced my feet on the tire and pretended like i was rowing. it took about 10min but i eventualy got it out. these bolts go through the floor of the car and are exposed to the elements. mine was rusty even for an 2001.

Use a Torx bit, not a Hex.

They're in there pretty well because its the friggin seatbelt!
