My driver side seat belt is twisted. I tried to fix it at the buckle with my hands and a pliers and I cannot twist it back. It's digging right into my shoulder no matter the height. Does anyone know the size of the torx or socket size so I can fix this? Do I need to take the seat out to get to it? Thanks.

Torx #50. Same as Ford has used for decades. Not sure if the seat has to be removed but if it has to be just undo the four bolts and shift over. Probably will not have to disconnect the wiring.
Not sure why you are having difficulty with the twisted belt. I have had similar issues over the years but have always been able to untwist them.
