Seat Swap: '00 XLT Power seats into '02 XLS?????

Hey all -

I have a '00 XLS with the crappy flat seats and I want to replace them. I found a yard with very nice cloth XLT seats that have power features.

My question is:
Is the wiring already there in my XLS to plug in the XLT seats?

Has anyone done this?

Is wiring a pain?

i dont understand.... do you want to put 00 power seats into an 00 XLS... or an 02... couldnt tell from your post... the 00 XLT seats will bolt right up, you may have to run a power cable... but i think its already there, correct me if im wrong
