Hello for everyone,

I'm considering trading in my lovely 2015 Ford Explorer PIU for a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT 4DR 4x4 and would appreciate your opinions and expertise. As a novice, my initial focus was solely on the color, which led me to pay a premium price, comparable to a Ferrari!☺

I'm seeking your honest advice and insights to help me make an informed decision. Please feel free to share your thoughts, and I assure you that I can take constructive criticism and acknowledge my mistakes. Ultimately, I understand that any decision I make is my responsibility, and I won't hold anyone else accountable.

Please find the details of the vehicles below. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences.

There are many reasons that make me consider trading, and there are reasons that make me hesitant to trade.

Now you'll ask me, what condition is my car in?
Visually, it needs a lot of work, time, and knowledge to restore it. As for the engine, transmission, and so on, I'm not sure, but I feel like there's something seriously wrong.
I feel like it's hiding something from me, and it seems like I'm avoiding wanting to know the truth.

I would like to ask you two things: How is it that a 2015 police vehicle has done 128,838 km when I bought it a year ago?
And, what is exactly (Intelligent 4WD)
Thank you.

P.S.. With all due respect to the forum owners, Administrators, and all members here, I simply want to clarify this and assure you that it's not an advertisement.

Honestly I'd just keep what you got now! Also nice bullet hole on that door 😂. I want to get a 2016+ FPIU or maybe even 2020+. Can't really afford that right now.

The Internet has a lot of info.

As for the mileage, it works out to approximately 16,000 km or 10,000 miles a year. Are you questioning if it's high or low? It depends a lot on what the vehicle was used for.

Thank you so much. Question please, does this can we do it enable or disable on Forscan? Why I'm asking you, because on my car
I seeing just on the front have getting traction.

Does your PIU have the Intelligent AWD feature? Under normal acceleration, usually around 95% of the power goes to the front with the rest going to the rears until you get up to speed. If you accelerate hard from a stop, more power will transfer to the rear wheels.
Don't know about FORScan.
