Serious ac problem

already renewed the entire a/c system from comp to cond to evap .ECT .
I'm asking for a picture (detailed) of the heater core and vent box .I believe I have a vacume leak .at an idle a/c blows 40 degrees when I go down the road it goes up to outside temp .this is an EATC system in 2000 eddie bauer I know it's not the blend door I have it rigged with a wire to move it manually due to no power to the accuator.

Try clamping the inlet heater hose .I had the exact problrm
