That was a real Cobra. It just had a GT engine, tranny and gauges swapped in. I know that is a step in the wrong direction with a Cobra but sometimes things like that happen.

As long as the odd changes are disclosed, no big deal.

Ad has been pulled

Add has not been pulled, but read through it carefully, and besure to go all the way to the bottom where the actual Cobra description is and note the mechanical running gear, also note that when the dealer describes it, no where do they mention that it has GT running gear till they list out the only certian things, this can be misleading to someone whom doesn't read everything carefully, PLUS don't forget by VIN it's a Cobra, so lets talk about insurance rates, and what if the car is ever wrecked?

Insurance fraud????

What about bank loans????

What if that's not PI heads on that motor?

How many miles really ARE on it?

And same goes for the tranny, miles???

Rear axle??? Is it really a GT axle or a one wheel peel V-6 disc axle?????

Are those really Cobra brakes or painted GT brakes up front??

What does the title say???

Look at the shift knob, that hasn't been used since the fox bodys.

That's not a leather shift boot, again fox body parts!

That's a lot of monies for a heavily moslested Cobra!!!

Anyone notice the burn hole in the bottom of the driver's seat?

Where are the Cobra floor mats, for such an imaculant car?

How about the white painted shifter bezel, and the same where the window switches are!!

The aftermarket switch.

Thier personal written description:

2004 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra

North Texas Nissan is honored to present a most breathtaking example of pure vehicle design decadence...this is the vehicle of dreams! The tires on the vehicle appear to have been recently replaced. The paint is in excellent condition and it is apparent that this car was garaged and meticulously-maintained. This vehicle has almost every option imaginable. The mileage is consistent with a car of this age. Very clean interior! It seems that this vehicle was owned by a non-smoker. The transmission in this vehicle shifts very smoothly. All electronic components in working condition. A Mustang in this condition, with these options and this color combination is an absolute rarity! Our "Buy it Now" price is priced to move fast---act quickly! Amazing for the street, or the track, this Mustang is sure to sell quickly!

I should have said "seller stopped the sale" instead of "ad has been pulled"......

From what I understand, it truly is a Cobra, but has a GT drivetrain and dash cluster in it after the owner trashed the original drivetrain.
