the only maker of the frame side shackle bushing i was able to find is energy suspension.... apparently they're bushing is designed to use the original sleeve through the frame. i did not think of this when i removed said sleeves on my truck.
i havent found anywhere that has a normal pres fit metal sleeved bushing, wich is what i asuumed i would be replacing the old one with.

anyone have ideas how to bail me out of this one? im open to sugestions

Grab one from a salvage yard or have a machine shop make one.

old man's comin down tonight to take a few measurements. he fabricates parts for old harleys so he should be able to make one in his garage.

if he dont think he can do it i can run it over to hackensack spring as we do bunesss with them and see if they have one, didnt think of them

Do you have the Energy Suspension frame bushing, and it's too loose of a fit in the frame hole? I don't have mine to check, but I believe it's a two piece bushing, the larger, longer bushing goes in from the outside, and then you push on the smaller bushing on the inside. Once this is all done, it's usually a pretty snug fit.

The sleeves on the factory bushings are pretty thin and flimsy, it'd be pretty hard to pop out the bushings without destroying or at least damaging them, so a replacement poly bushing from ES that requires a factory sleeve sounds pretty unusual.
