Shackles on Sport with Mono Leaf?

I'm gonna put my 31"s on my wifes sport. She has those mono leafs on her truck. Is it OK to but shackles on with the mono leafs? I just never really heard much about mono leafs and shackles. I'm gonna try to just stuff the 31's under with no lift It's a street truck so.

Also under the mono leaf is a spacer. Can it be taken out or should I just leave it?

I put the standard WAR-153s on my mono leafs with abs. no problems.

Leave the spacers... since it is a SUA, removing them would actually "lower" the truck as best I can tell.
