Shakes at 65MPH

Does anyone know what causes the front end shakes at 65 mph+? Had new tires and a balance. No help. Brakes and ujoints good. Ball joints tight etc...
Drive shaft okay. 81000miles. Any suggestions?

Have the radius arm bushings ever been replaced?

Had the same thing on my '91 4X4 last year. Turned out to be a slightly out of round tire and the wheel bearings needed serviced.
The tires were new, I suspect the out of round one was that way from the factory.
