Is it as simple as unbolting the bolts on either side of the assembly or is there more to the story?

Also, any advice to keep from shearing the other bolts? I plan on testing on a pick n pull truck tomorrow, but lets face it, I don't know squat about this part of the vehicle. Thanks for any input!

Yup unbolt it and replace.. Its about $10 at Rockauto so expect to pay like $25 at a local auto parts store. Put some penetration fluid on the bolts, and slowly try to turn it 1/8 turn at a time back & forth..

Thanks for the advice Blee! I ended up going to Pick N Pull after applying generous amounts of PB Blaster to the bolts to soak while I was gone. I got a pretty good replacement mount and an axle stud. $12. Bolted up and it is good to go! Here are the pictures:

Easy fix, maybe someone else will find this helpful in the future. Don't shear the mount to transmission bolts though, I think you are pretty much SOL if you do...
