hi i want to put a shift kit in my 01 sport with 5r55e i go off roading a lot and i am running 33 so what i wanted to know is what is the better shift kit superior or transgo and on a 1-10 on the installation and quality of the kits

Each kit has something that the other kit doesn't have. You could install Sonnax parts in addition to the parts from the kits. Check the 5R55E valve body rebuild diary sticky thread on the top of the transmission section for more information.
