Hi
I turn the key on,start the engine ,push the brake to put it on drive ,but i cannot move the shifter! After many times, pushing that button on the shifter its engage ,but getting worth every Time .
Thanks sorry for my english .

Hate when that happens. Do you hear the "click" every time you press the brake pedal? If you do, push the shifter toward park before moving it downward first, to see if that works. Mine got "stuck" the other day when I was stupid enough to put it in park on the road waiting for an accident to get cleared. There are many posts about removing the trim panel and such to get to the solenoid. I will probably just get rid of mine, honestly. I should have done that when I put in the Flex shifter.

Make sure your brake lights work. You could have a bad switch on your pedal.

Bad shift interlock solenoid on the shifter assembly. A common failure on the early 4th gen. vehicles. You will need to get a new shifter or purchase a replacement circuit made by Dorman I believe. Search around here, there are several threads on the issue and how to repair it.

This is the part if the issue is the shifter.
