Good morning from the UK !

I have a 96 XLT with self levelling rear shocks. One of the shocks has started to leak and due to the fact I have never really liked the ride quality given by ford shocks I would like to change all my shocks. What would you reccommend. I do 60% on road and 40% off road. I have been told that procomp shocks are good and have a lifetime guarantee. The second question is how do i seal off the self leveliing suspension without all the lights coming on !

Any thoughts, recommendations or advise would be appreciated.

Regards ADY:D

Rancho! The 9000's are adjustable and the 5000's are not. I have 5000's and love them. A bit stiff, like a pickup, but thats what I fancy...

You can turn the system off (the switch is in the jack compartment I believe) and you shouldn't have any problems replacing the shocks.

I also recommend Rancho 9000s. If you want to save a bit of money you can put 9000s in front and 5000s in rear.
