Shocks

I have a 99 EB with 117,000 miles. When I got it the shocks were new, It rode bad then and still does. I dont know whats on it for shocks,but there not Motorcraft. I want to replace them with better riding shocks, what do you suggest?

Shocks are a personal preference thing. The lower priced shocks make it ride like a truck, more expensive make it ride like a car, in most cases atleast. I am fine with the cheap $17 gabriel guardian shocks as I have driven trucks all my driving life. I have found the gabriel max controls to be comparible to the bilsteins and they are about $20 cheaper each. If you pick them up at Autozone they have Lifetime warranties.
