Should I sell or scrap stock wheels

I just put some new wheels on the ex a few weeks ago, and now I don't know what to do with the old wheels.

I don't know what steel goes for but should I attempt to sell them or bring them to a scrap metal place???

The explorer rims are an extremely COMMON bolt pattern. 5 on 4.5" They can be used for so many cars and trailers.

Unless you go up to Big Bear or Mammoth Regularly, "winter" doesn't really exist

I'm not sure on price, but you're going to get a hell of a lot more money selling them than if you brought em to a scrap yard at current scrap prices.

I'd say so.

Might want to offer shipping to, I think it would be $15 each to ship them via UPS. I'd buy them for $160 shipped if I had the money right now, I've always wanted to have a studded winter tire set.

BTW I'd remove the tires from them and sell them separately.

Had to remove the tires since I was upgrading anyway, and the tires that were on them were low. So they are ready to go. The fronts were at 3/32's, but America's Tire bought my back two for $50 with 5/32's on them.

and I figured $35 each was fair since you can buy the chrome ones brand new for $55-$58 or so.

Body shops will want them to replace insurance claims of accidents. Craigslist sellers of multiple tires are also a market for your rims.
