Hello everyone! I'm new here. Awesome site by the way, should prove to be pretty helpful.
Hopefully someone can tell me why my truck has been making a siren noise when I back out of my driveway in the morning. I've had this truck for 5 years and this is the first time I've ever heard this.

How fast are you backing out? Is it a siren like American or European? Or a massive squeal?

Slowly backing out, and the siren noise is hard to describe (I've only heard it twice now). Maybe whining is the better term for it?

Well, my son's Ex 01 Sport had that problem. It turned out to be the brakes... I don't know that this is your issue also, but you could have someone back up while you listen from outside... have you done this yet? Because it could be bushings too... we had his replaced.

I tried doing it all day. Apparently it only does it 1st thing in the morning.

His too! :) I don't think it's to worry about unless it's time to have your brakes inspected - or the weather has changed.
